This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use the Bloomr CRM application (referred to as “Bloomr” or the “Application”). This policy applies to users within India, using both mobile and web devices.

– User Account Information: Username, password.
Usage Information
– Interaction Data: Records of your interactions with Bloomr, such as the features you use and the actions you take.
– Log Data: Information collected automatically when you use the Application, including IP address, device information, operating system, browser type, and usage patterns.
Device Information
– Mobile Device Information: Device type, device identifiers, mobile operating system, and mobile network information
Location Data
– We access your location in the background. This is required for geo-tagging the customers and tracking your customer visits. This helps us notify you when you are near a customer location at the same time calculate the in and out time of your visits
How We Use Your Information

– To respond to your inquiries, support requests, or feedback.

Access and Correction
– You can access and update your personal information through your Bloomr account settings.
Data Retention and Storage
We retain personal data for as long as an account is active or as needed to provide services to the organization that licensed the application.
Managed Accounts: Data is stored for the duration of the contract with your organization.
Post-Termination: Upon the deactivation of a user profile by an Administrator, or the termination of the service agreement, personal data will be deleted or anonymized within 60 days, unless retention is required for legal or compliance reasons.
Account Deletion and Data Requests
As this application is managed by your organization, account creation and deletion are handled by your System Administrator.
Requesting Deletion: Users wishing to have their account or personal data deleted must contact their organization’s internal IT department or designated Administrator.
Admin Fulfillment: Once an Administrator processes a deletion request within the admin console, all associated personal data is permanently purged from our active production servers within 60 days.
Direct Inquiry: If you are unable to reach your administrator, you may contact our support team at support@bloomr.in and we will facilitate the request with your organization.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.
Children’s Privacy
Bloomr is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and the “Effective Date” at the top will indicate when the changes go into effect.
